Successful Earth Day 2016

On Earth Day, a group of HUECU staff joined other members of the Harvard Square Business Association (HSBA) community in cleaning Harvard Square.  Changing the world starts by changing our own little corner of it; that’s just what this team did.

Assigned areas and tools in hand, the HUECU group made its way from Holyoke to JFK on Mount Auburn Streets to tackle sticker scraping, sweeping, and the painting of electrical boxes.

The beautiful weather and the rewards of helping Mother Nature inspired this team to assist in sweeping over 75lbs of trash. Earth Day was great thanks to the team’s passion and energy. It was exactly what the movement needs to help inspire more individuals and communities all over the world to make our Earth a better place.

We proudly support the efforts of our staff and thank them in raising Earth Day awareness and making improvements on behalf of our environment.

Make everyday Earth Day with HUECU and sign up for eStatements.
